Sometimes, a second expert opinion can bring a new perspective, help refine the treatment strategy, and make a meaningful difference in the patient's recovery and return to performance. For a sport animal, it could even make the difference between uncertainty and being ready for the next important competition.

Consultation Fee: US$190What's included
The consultation includes a detailed review of all relevant case materials, including clinical information, videos, X-rays, ultrasound images, and other available diagnostic examinations.
After reviewing the case, Dr. Mikail will provide her expert clinical opinion and recommendations on how the case may be managed and treated, based on her extensive experience in rehabilitation and sports medicine.
A 30-minute online meeting is then scheduled to discuss her assessment, recommendations, and any questions you may have about the case.
How It Works
The consultation fee of US$190 must be paid in advance via PayPal to our PayPal account — email vetphysioinst@gmail.com. After completing the payment, please send your PayPal payment receipt (a screenshot of the confirmation screen is sufficient) via WhatsApp. Within the next few hours, you will receive access to our online calendar to schedule your consultation. Consultations can generally take place within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
After scheduling your consultation, you will receive instructions on how to submit the relevant case information and files, which may include:
- Clinical history and previous treatment
- Videos of the patient
- X-rays
- Ultrasound images
- Other relevant diagnostic examinations or reports
Dr. Mikail will personally review the submitted materials prior to the consultation.
During the 30-minute online meeting, Dr. Mikail will discuss her assessment of the case, provide her recommendations for management and treatment, and answer your questions.

If a follow-up assessment is needed, a re-evaluation can be scheduled to review the patient's progress, new videos or examinations, and any necessary adjustments to the treatment or rehabilitation plan.
